The Military Pensions Board (MPB) has concluded arrangements to
conduct a verification of military retirees displaced by the Boko Haram
terrorist insurgency in Adamawa State.
This was disclosed Friday
in a statement signed on behalf of Chairman, MPB, by Lt-Com. Samuel
Odunsi, who said that the military will do everything to ensure that
those pensioners displaced by the terrorism in part of the North East
would be accommodated.
The exercise, Odunsi said, is designed to provide opportunity for
pensioners who could not participate in the 2015 verification exercise
as a result of the security situation caused by the Boko Haram crisis.
